Like this happens rarely but when people get to know you or your services, they get your details from someone and then right away send an advance without discussing things at all and eventually you as a seller have to issue a refund ASAP if there are some obvious issues due to the lack of discussion. So what I was asking is that to prevent this, can such payments from unknown people be just blocked in a sense and maybe a list be created of acceptable customers/ clients on PayPal?
