Does "Page Under Construction" harm SEO?

Hey guys,

I thought of a good domain to buy and host my website.
Unfortunately, I have not designed or created the pages yet. If I were to buy the domain and have that "Page under construction" page.. will Google blacklist my domain or harm my PR in future?

Google won't even be able to find your page until you get some backlinks or submit it. But no that wouldn't hurt it.

It won't harm you in any way.

There is also a myth around that age of domain influences AdSense ads. Meaning that the older the domain, the better paying AdSense ads you get.
