Does one channel's "monetization-review result" affect another channel?

I have 2 channels.
One is just a hobby of mine and I never applied for monetization although I was eligible.
The other was monetized 6 years ago but just got demonetized due to 'Re-used content' issue.
So I have to wait for 1 month for re-applying.
So in the meantime, I am thinking of applying for monetization with my hobby channel.
But my question is, let's say my hobby channel got rejected for ''Re-used content' issue.
If that happened, would it negatively affect my 'already demonetized channel's chance of getting back monetization?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I am baffled.
How come this is even possible?
Do you think it was a system glitch and they will do manual review in a few days?

Wow, yea you re pretty lucky. They usually do routine review every week or so i think, but if you upload your own contents you should be okay.

Wait, even after 'monetization', they will do an additional routine review again on my channel by an actual human?

i had a channel that was approved for monetisation a day after applying. Then a week later demonetised. Within that one week i didnt upload any video. So they are unpredictable really but i suspect youtube robots do the demonetisation. Just upload videos on your channel regularly, ensure they are your contents, dont use reused contents

BTW, my hobby channel is 100% my videos but my main channel (demonetized a week ago) had a lot of public domain videos (out of copyright documentaries and footages from the World War era).
In order to reapply for monetization, I am deleting almost all of those public domain footages (I deleted about 1,000 videos yesterday) except about 10 videos.
I am reluctant to delete those 10 videos because they draw many, many new subscribers.
So from that channel, my original videos are about 200 so that makes those 10 videos as only 5% of my demonetized channel's videos.
Do you think it's safe to apply again without deleting those 10 videos?
Or should I delete those last 10 videos?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

yea it should be safe, since there are more original contents. however, ensure those 10 videos are not similar. Also ensure the titles are different to others on youtube. Still to be on the safe side, i would delete any reused content. but hey even if they disapprove you in a month you will know why, then you can remove those 10 videos and then reapply again. you are not alone when it comes to deleting high views, trending videos, thats what youtube's come down to unfortunately. i know someone who had to delete over 200million views (combined) videos to get back their monetisation.

Wow, that must be painful to delete 200 million views worth of videos to apply again for monetization.
