Does OGAds have good desktop offers?

So I'm starting a little side-project and it'll get me back into content locking. Although it's been a very long time since I did it last time so asking for some recommendations.

In the past I loved OGAds, but back then I only had mobile traffic which is why it worked so well. Current traffic will be 50% desktop, 50% mobile. Should I still go with OGAds or something else?
EDIT: Traffic is almost all tier 1, I don't care about the rest

Got Desktop traffic? Use CPABuild. Much much much better.

The only thing I don't like is their stats is showing weird, like the clicks. It's not counting all the clicks like OGAds does, so the EPC gets all scuffed. Makes me wonder if all conversions count too. But I'll go with them for this project I think, liked them in the past.

Ogads have good tr1 email submit offers that will convert on desktop traffic.

CPABuild = Desktop
