Does Ogads allow blackhat methods?

Does Ogads allow blackhat methods or should I take precautions (example: hide / fake referrer)? I know that email spam is formally banned but the rest I ask myself.

CrakRevenue also but they do not accept everything.

I think they don't allow adult traffic

That's not what I implied, though I now realize it looked like it.

I meant that you should contact them.

Since when hiding referers from people spying your campaigns is considered "blackhat" method?

I'm not sure what Ogads allows. I have a email lists with thousands for each one that have very high conversions and I get denied. I used one list for Peerfly and I had about a 40% conversion rate. It's a money printing machine if I can find an offer I can use.

A lot of affiliate networks say things like "Blackhat is not allowed" but be real.. If blackhat really got banned, most affiliate networks would nearly die.
