Does Ogads accept beginners

After a lot of research i want to believe that Ogads is the best network for content locking but i have seen that they are not very friendly with beginners. I really have a good method to promote so i hope someone will be able to guide me on how to get accepted. Anyone??

If you can show that you know what you are doing, and have a good understanding of cpa marketing and content locking then you will be approved. It's that simple. I have seen many beginners get approved, even though OGAds is looking for a bit more advance people these days. I am sure you can still get approved.
