I have been thinking if a nofollow link passes penalty? Let's say, I add a nofollow link of my site on a penalized domain. Will it pass the penalty to my site?
Even a followed link won't pass any penalty. Penalties don't pass through links, although Google can penalise your site based on the quality of the sites linking to you.
