It's an old tool nowadays.
Not sure what it uses is anymore. Perhaps it's good for tier 3 or something.
But if you're looking for an automated tool to set and forgot to give you top ranks in competitive niches you can forget about it. Manual work needs to be done for that.

I would never use a tool to create backlinks directly to my money site and you shouldn't either.

Works great for Tiers 2 and 3. If you use it to point backlinks in your money site, make sure you set a strict settings about certain metrics, and limit the number of backlinks to build on a daily basis. Plus, don't rely on it solely for ranking a money site, make it part of your building portfolio for diversity purposes.

Don't listen to those saying it is an old tool like that is somehow a bad thing. NHSEO is updated very regularly and has a ton of platforms and functions. Over the 3 years since its first release No Hands SEO has had loads of platforms and functionality added to it.
In all of this time there have been numerous posts of users getting first page and even 1st position (examples here, here and here) rankings while the software itself has just continued to improve. The latest of these types of posts was actually posted just a few days ago (here) so users are continuing to see gains with No Hands SEO despite some people writing it off.

Some people use it to build links to competitor money sites. I really don't condone that behavior.
