Does Netspend still work to Verify Paypal?

Hey everyone

I had used Netspend about 2 years ago, and everything worked flawlessly to verify PayPals, but since then I have heard contradicting statements.

And as of recently I tried to verify a Paypal and they had tried sending Netspend(METABANK) the two bank account deposits and I received this error sent by PayPal:

To confirm your bank account, we tried to make 2 deposits into your Meta Bank X-5468 account on Apr 7, 2013.
The money was returned, however, because your bank does not recognize this bank account number.

So is there something I'm doing wrong?

I'm almost 200% sure the information on the Netspend and the PayPal matched up perfectly.

Would appreciate some input on this issue Im having.

For some reason netspend wont even accept PayPals incoming deposits, which doesnt make much sense... thats why I am so confused.
 
Do you guys know if using netspend virtual cards work for lifting the withdraw limit?
 
Please help us. I have tried Netspend and got similar issue as elaborated above and I do not get approval on rushcard.com at all. I am afraid of trying etrade as my last attempted accounts with etrade were limited in 2 days.

Pleae what is the best way to get free VBA (Virtual bank account) to verify US paypal account.

Meta bank will not work for you.
If you are US resident, it is very easy to get VBA to verify Paypal account. You can get many prepaid cards which come with a checking account. Etrade can work for you but need a small trick.

Yes. It used to work like a charm, however once you will be able to start sending/receiving funds it get you locked. So it's a risky thing.
 
The other day my daughter needed a pay pal account so i had her sign up for one, she added the green dot card and verified her account that way, it works like a credit card and can be bought at many differnt stores like kangaroo gas stations or walmarts, or walgreens, cvs pharmacy.....try the green dot card see if it works for you, but netspend is a dead end for sure
 
I am not from the United State and getting those cards myself seem impossible. Is there any way to get any of these VBA online.
 
Yes it will work for you for a while but eventual it will get your Paypal account limited
 
In the starting it will work fine but when you use it simultaneously for more transactions and more payouts then you be in risky.

The only advice and ultimate I need from you KIND BHW member is how can I get a reliable VBA?
