I can't help to shake my head whenever I contact them.
They use a "support pin" system rather than putting the contact form in the dashboard for logged-in users to use. Every time you have to fill out your email, name, etc which is info they already have from my account. It seems like such a poorly thought-out experience.
Not to mention they can't even finish their sentences with a period. The whole site feels like it was built in the alleyways of a third-world country by some underpaid devs.
If I built something like this for a client, my ass would be fired.
