Does MyLikes even work on Facebook?

I'm having a bit of a discussion with the MyLikes staff.

Here is what happened:
* I purchased a post on Facebook with my link for experimentation purposes
* Admin posted the link
* I got like 600 clicks (according to the bit.ly), so I was really happy

However on my account none of them were displayed (still 0 clicks). I contacted the support and I was just told there are "reasons some clicks may not be counted". I'm actually a bit hesitant on telling them I purchased a post, even moreso on Facebook, cause I've found discordant opinions regarding it (I do know it breaks the Facebook TOS though). My doubt is: do they pay only if you post through Twitter or are they just not paying anymore?

If you want to earn online, don't use Mylikes (At least it didn't work for me). It was not worth my time to try them.

By freelancing itself you can earn more money than what they pay for.

You are better off using FB directly for marketing. It doesn't cost much if you know how.

Also, some niches work better than others when promoting on FB.

Usually the best way is to create a professional and eye catching fan page, add your site and product/services.

Build your "Likes" genuinely and "Promote" any special offer you want millions of people to see.

A lot of people don't know you can kill two birds with one stone by "Promoting" your product after posting an update and also get "Likes" because many people whom haven't like your page before will see it.

It's a win, win situation when applied appropriately.
