Does my squeeze page look scammy?

Hey,

I use optimize press. I don't have knowledge of IM or design. I bought optimize press because it's highly recommended.

Some feedback from my friends is that it looks a bit 'tacky' and 'scammy'.

I'd like to hear your opinion, what do I need to change? Baring in mind the purpose of the page is get E-mail addresses.
