Does my IG profile have to be Private for Ogads CPA method ?

Hello i am doing the " gain free followers " Ogads CPA method, do my profile ( ofc without pcitures ) have to be private to gain more follow backs ? if yes how do i do that within Followliker bot or browser ? i cant find where i can turn my profile private
