Does my conversion rate suck? HELP

OKAY,
So I run a movie niche website with a content locker and I get around 400-500 clicks/visits a day. And I have a 3% conversion rate. I am making $20/day but I am not sure whether I am getting shaved... I am using MGCash, I am not sure whats wrong here please help!

3% CR is very low!
With a movie site you should be getting at least 5% CR. Try to play with the design of your content locker/site.
Even small changes make difference.
