It seems that everybody and their mothers are selling dr dre beats, lady gaga headphones etc all over the internet. My question is whether or not this company actually cares or have a lot of people gotten sued by them

I have heard many fake merchandise have been seized and people have gotten into shit.
 
I know their product sucks ass..

Beats by dre was in like sooo many videos.. They pay up the ynig yang for co-op ad spots... The most recent Ive seen is the new skrillex vid...
 
F their overpriced headphones and cables. Can't believe how gullible people are.
 
They get PISSED. Major VeRO company. Nearly immediate takedowns on eBay when trying to sell any reasonable amount of them.
 
they've already made enough money i guess , there loads of fakes running in my town though.. nobody seems to care.
 
They can only tackle so many at a time I guess. But eventually that knock at the door might just be the one you have dreaded...
 
Basically they do care but cannot handle like stressfree said to many at one time.
 
eBay looks at accounts two different ways.

1. A typically guy selling his normally (Used) Dr Dre beats on eBay...

2. A company using eBay to liquidate their supply or sell replicas.

If your in category 2 then be careful with a new account. ;)
