Yes they do, I have used it and automated a lot of the jobs on it 
Little tip :
Look for the jobs that are similar like a bingo sign up or something as those jobs are normally the same and the "buyer" just asks you to post the confirmation URL and then you get paid - just send the same URL to the same ones, job done!!
Same works for the email stuff, just copy and paste the same email

so can i use more than one account on microworkers on my same ip???
Nah, it's against their TOS. They don't payout unless you verify your address. That involves them sending you a letter with a PIN number which you enter into a webpage. The site is still pretty good though. I've never had any problems with payment.
