Yep, this has been happening since late 2023. If you change the WABA display name more than 3–4 times during setup (especially over API), Meta often flags it silently, either by review or by disabling messaging without notice.
Best practice is to choose one name upfront and avoid further edits unless absolutely necessary. Some setups using stable residential or mobile proxies can push one or two extra changes, but anything frequent will raise red flags.
