Oh yes it does. I know a few affiliates who are doing minimum $1k per day on MB.

MB is fine. It's not exactly difficult to get an approval there. People seem to believe that because of the phone call that you get before you are approved into the program.
In terms of the network itself, you can find some good paying offers but don't go for sweepstakes or freebie offers, most of them don't work. Also if you can, use voluum to track affiliate links since MB reports are not very accurate.

do they do it with paid traffic ?
I checked EPCs of their offers, and it is below 1$, especially takin into account how expensive gogle ads are, its not loooking profitable...
