Does Mac + RMD + Windows Server work?

    Hey!

    I am not the tech guy. I always thought that it is possible to connect with a MAC via remote desktop to a Windows server but my collegue told me that it is defenetely not possible with a mac os? Just need to know if its true or not :)

    Ya, you just use SMB:// and then the IP address. You might have to have something enabled on the windows server, but you definitely can connect both ways, I do it every day.

    You don't even need remote desktop unless you're trying to screen share. For that, Microsoft makes Remote Desktop Connection (Free).

    I use CoRD for this daily... loads better than shitty program by windows.. does the job really well.. i run all bots n shit on a remote desktop and have the best of both worlds ;)
