Does Linklicious work? I have NEGATIVE success with it.

nearly 6 month ago i used linklucious, I used their service for 4 months, but i did not see any improvement in indexing backlinks or serp, due to that i stopped using their service.

The only way it would have a negative effect is if you were building and submitting shitty links. Or building links at an unnatural pace and not dripping them.
I switched to Lindexed after a month at Linklicious and I have to say I really like it better. It is a better value and their process for getting the links indexed is better, in my opinion. I have never done an actual case study as to it's effectiveness, however, I do know that the effectiveness (SERP-wise) of both services will correlate with the types of links you build and how fast you build them.
That being said, it may be time for me to do a case study and further analyze the effectiveness of these services.

I have used linklicious for three months, it is working good for the first two months but the indexing rate reduced there after.

I actually did a small case study on pinging links that I built last 2 months ago and didn't send them to Linklicious.
So my case study was sending the links to Linklicious and seeing the effects on it.
Case study was 10days. All links drip feed over those 10 days.

I still use it but.. FYI the default URL shortener http://lts.me used by Linklicious is deindexed by Google!

using it for a week but didnt see any positive effects yet. Just telling it wont help bec its just 1 weeks.It says links are crawled though=)

Me too. I cancelled the subscription
i uploaded an unique article to scribd one month ago and it's still not get indexed by Google. I typed whole 1 sentence from that doc in G and there is no result while other web 2.0's or mine at hubpages and squidoo get indexed within one hour. Is there anyway to get that scribd doc indexed ? I have never used any indexer or ping service for safety.

All Linklicious does is magnify whatever SEO you're doing. It makes whatever you do more effective because google will learn about the links at a rate you choose and will never miss them.
Any rankings drop would be due to your overall strategy and not Linklicious. Be sure to turn down the volume on your link building efforts when you use it since it does magnify Google finding your links.
Also, you can use your own domain name for shortening the URLs if you want. You don't have to use ours. (It's called custom domains and we're the only one that offers it.)

Running an indexing service myself, I found out that there are things that will make indexing your links impossible to happen (other than using a non-productive crawling/indexing service) which are:-
1- Dead links.
A link from a dead site or a link from a page that was actually removed can never be indexed so make sure that the links you are adding are alive and are actually linking to you. False reports from seo providers may tell you that you have 100 links made but in reality only 70 of them are actually containing a link to you. Check your links for a backlink to your site via a tool like scrapebox to make sure those pages are still online and linking to you.
2- No/Public/Dead proxies in index checker.
To check indexing you are mostly using a tool and that tool must use proxies because google has too limited permitted checks for indexing from the same ip. If you are checking indexing for 1000 links yo can never do this without a proxy or with public proxies (those which are shared or free). The best option is to use private proxies but something like 5 proxies won't do the job for those 1000 links and you can get many false results (says not indexed when it really is). On average you can use like one proxy per 50 urls with proxy randomizing with each request. So for 1000 links se 15-20 proxies or more to make sure you are getting correct results. It won't hurt if you do some manual checks for results showing "Not indexed" to make sure your tool returns correct results.
3- Noindex on backlink website.
Some websites have noindex tag on some pages on their website like profile pages. If such tag is present through the html header on the page itself or via robots file then it's impossible to get that link indexed. There is no easy way for you to check this but it's something you might wnt to put in mind when measuring indexing rates for your links specially when most of them are profile links. As a role of thumb, when getting backlinks in the first place make sure that they are crawlable and can be accessed by google by asking your seo/backlink provider if the backlinks will be coming from public pages that non-registered members can access.
Conclusion:-
Don't always blame the provider. You are also responsible for any failure of getting a backlink indexed. Avoid the above points as much as you can and you can always judge a link crawling/indexing provider properly.

Linklicious is a Tool, you can't blame or praise it for SEO success. All linklicious does is shine a light on your linkbuilding for Google to see. If you are link building correctly, it shows Google that and you get rewarded. If you are not link building correctly, then Google will see that as well. Don't blame the hammer when you smash your thumb and the paint brush didn't pain the Mona Lisa, Leonardo did. Tools are tools.

LTS.ME is just the domain we use for display...its a 301 redirect, there is nothing there to index or even become deindexed. We used dozens of different domains for the actual shortening and crawling of the links by google, none of these are deindexed.
