Does linking to Authority Sites help terms of SEO?

I understand that but I wanted to ask which wiki site you link, there are so many wiki sites and where do they allow linking in article.

ehow is also a authority site but nofollow so does it help too.

Kryso, by nofollowing your links to authority sites you're telling Google you don't trust them.

Why are you linking to sites you don't trust in your content? Don't reply here, that's what Google's asking you.

Take the no follows off and you might find a positive increase.

But as always, SEO is the sum of its parts.

A few quality outbound links will definitely help. Try to link to high PR .gov and .edu sites within your niche. Worked like a charm for me.
