Of course, this groups would be about escorting, nothing about sex/nudity.

Being rude was not my intention, but I imagine that many people would have the doubt of why promote this type of services on that platform. It already happened to me with a post, that instead of answering my questions directly, they asked the intention.

You can check LinkedIn rules and regulations. They don't support escort group or communication.

Strictly speaking, I doubt it. But if you word it ever so masterfully, I'm sure you'll slide on the platform. Can't vouch for exactly how long it'll last though.
