Does It Take Forever To Have Services Approved?

Hi Everyone,

I was really over gaga having my services over the BST section. Application was open yesterday and so I aimed pofecker, I have written a sample article in 20-30mins and after that he did not reply anymore. I sent him private message with the sample up until now no reply.

What's going on? Can anyone tell me how the application process is? Hope someone can help me figure out.
