Does it matter if my web 2.0s barely have any content on them?

I literally just made a web 2.0 in like a minute. I have my money site which is one page with some text and a picture. I put my text into a content spinner, went on wordpress.com, logged in and made a new free wordpress site. I then put the spun content in, added a picture, and put a backlink to my money site towards the end. Next I'm planning to buy a couple hundred high quality backlinks to the web 2.0 from fiverr. Do web 2.0s like this have just as much value to them compared to if I were to add more pictures, customized the site, and made it look more legitimate? Or does that not matter and this type of web 2.0 has just as much SEO power? Also, if I made 10 of these web 2.0s, all wordpress domains, would they be as effective as making 10 web 2.0s on separate domains like tumblr, blogspot, wix, etc? Or does it not matter if you have all your web 2.0s as one domain

Serious replies from experienced people please

For me personally, web 2.0's with no content/links haven't done anything for me.

I have had a bunch of these wordpress sites too. I had one with tons of unique content on it, and that web 2.0 actually ranked in Google + got traffic. I also built some links to it with GSA. And I've had some with a 1-2 articles, some pictures, etc... Didn't rank for anything, didn't help my money site, and received no traffic.

I wouldn't waste too much time on web 2.0's nowadays, just make some PBNs.

You should need quality content to work , Sometimes pictures and youtube videos also help improving the rankings

You should make at least 3 pages on the web 2.0s

I do buy a few 1 pagers and spam them with GSA.

I've actually found this to be false. A couple of weeks ago I purchased an SEO package that consisted of 15 web 2.0s, tier 2 back links, and tier 3 back links. That package alone helped boost me from page 9 to page 2 in the SERPs for my keyword. Logically, this would mean that the backlinks and web 2.0s are working, but at this point I'd rather avoid spending cash on more SEO services since I've seen the web 2.0s provided to me and frankly they look easy to re create (which I just did but to a much lesser extent). The tier 2 and tier 3 backlinks are definitely going to require money for me to obtain (I don't have GSA). But anyway people always recommend me a PBN whenever I make an SEO post, honestly I've heard PBNs are very expensive to begin and I simply don't have that kind of money. Also, I'm already the 14th result for my keyword in google, I just need that little extra boost to get to the top 3, I do not think a PBN would be necessary to reach that point

I'll do this, creating word press websites seems to be pretty simple, and I have content for 1 post considering I can just re spin the text from my money site. I'm thinking I'll including 1-2 more posts on each web 2.0 of like a picture or something short to make them seem like updated pages

Hi PBNSurprise how many percent of your Web 2.0 are indexed in Google when you see the effect in your rankings? because I'm having problem indexing my web 2.0 accounts

its better to have different ones ... not all from 1 domain.

I was actually just looking this up now. Apparently none of my web 2.0s are indexed. I don't think that should be a problem to fix though, last I've seen there were people offering index services at the marketplace for very cheap like $5 for a list of URLs. After I pump out 5 more web 2.0s I plan to pay for these services to get them indexed

Does it matter if it's all from 1 domain?? If it has no effect on my results I'd rather do it this way
