Does IP matter when manually building backlinks?

I have a quick question as an apparent newbie!!


1) When building backlinks to your site, is there a need to change your IP, or you can just manually build those backlinks from one computer?


2. Secondly, should I just paste the link on the backlink source or use an anchor text? Or how should this be correctly done?

you should be ok just as long as your not using your own
sites that are all hosted on the same IP to create back links
and you are doing them as naturally as possible

Option first is good . If you are creating the link manually

Do high quality natural work as no doubt IP matters a lot, Like agency working on many SEO projects at the same time so they have to use some tools to change their IP on frequent interval of times.
