Does IP address has affect on SEO?

My website IP belongs to different countries in different IP geo-location databases websites such as:

whatismyip.live
whatismyip.com
whatismyipaddress.com

One website showing my website IP in france and other website showing my website IP in UK. Does my IP address location has affect on SEO? for example if my website IP is from france does it affect SEO for US version of Google? OR should I switch to cloudflare where their IP addresses will mask original website IP to USA IP's.

Please advise.

You can try Whoer.net for showing correct ip location.

If it does keep changing then might affect seo.

IP does not change but location varies on different what is my ip websites

I am sorry, it sounds naive. What do you mean correct?

The best site to check geo-location is:
iplocation.net
(various variants at once!)
Obviously, it shows that one must rely on database, not on website to find out geo-location. Always remember, that each database may consider different country for an IP.

Basically, the site ranking differs on various locations even in the same country. So that we can conclude that the site SEO should vary as your location varies.

From what i've heard if your IP keeps changing yes this will effect your SEO
