I recently found fast approval directory site list.
Does instant approval site still useful ?

I think, instant sites are no-follow..
no-follow links Help me to get keyword ranking ? or Traffic Alone ?

I think instant approved links nowaways have its effectiveness removed by the search engines. No longer these links provide the good link mojo in the process, whereby previously you can simply do a blast to these auto approve sites, and get your sites ranked, but it does not work now, as the link power has been diminished. Anyway, I do feel that nofollow links would also be useful in building links back to your site, as it would make it look rather natural.
 
Nofollow link helps to improve the ranking of your keyword or website,Google always track links whether it is ******** or nofollow link.Buy make sure you are getting link from good DA/PA sites.

ok, but i read sometime before " All links show up in Google Webmaster Tools, but Google Webmaster Tools does not make any distinctions between incoming links that pass link popularity and incoming links that don’t. "

Do-follow links pass the authority from your backlink domain and Nofollow does not pass the authority this is the only difference.
 
Instant sites are no-follow links,,
You may know the real benefits of no-follow links : Useful for driving Traffic, Not useful for Ranking.

My advice : Instant sites are fine, But pick if the sites related to your product or service.
So, you will get targeted Traffic & benefit of.
 
Yes, it's still useful for people who looking to build Free backlink or dirt cheap links on high domain authority websites.

As many said instant site are fine when you are choosing the related sites to your niche also

I have got many site that are DO FOLLOW in instant site but the post is no longer probably the post disappear or removed.

NO FOLLOW has great value when the post is shared, it bring more organic traffic and real visitors. but we can not expect improvement in SERP.

My advise when you are building some NOFOLLOW link put more effort in creating content. informative content is the god for NO FOLLOW links.
