Does InstallMonetizer care if you promote not-your software?

Hello,
InstallMonetizer clearly states that they want to cooperate with software developers in promoting their own software but do they really care if you bundle their installer with somebody else's program? Can they trace e.g. the name of the .exe file you promote and other things or they only check whether the install was successful or not?

They changed their policy in 2013 not to accept software that is not yours (even no open source without the software owner's agreement). They want to see your software when you sign up, but i wouldn't risk cheating them or any ppi, if you plan to earn money there - there will be risk losing it all. There are lots of networks that allow any kind of software, so why risk it with them...

I have just read their FAQ, they allow "open source windows based downloadable product".

I remember they had it on their site even when they had changed the policy and said that open source is not allowed. I think they have forgot to remove it from FAQ (if they really didn't change the policy back this year, but i doubt it).

Edit: i remember they did say that under some circumstances open source is allowed, but you need to have written approval from the original developer

there are many changes at installmonetizer... you can lock even non SW content.... ebooks, music, fonts (content wrapper)... And you can also distribute some of their products.
