Does Insta block redirecting to play-store?

Been having similar issues like 2-3 updates before but now it should be fixed. Previously the IG app didnt allow the use of external browser. I had people complaining my button for call on website didnt work including content locker though this has now changed. Probably just a broken link ^^ or your browser just doesnt support playstore opening when visiting a link.
