Happy NYE everyone, I am just wondering what does instagram do if your whole network of accounts share the same content from the mother? even if if the content has been hashed with the MD5 being changed

Do you get banned for this or simply shadow banned? just wondering if anyone has any solid evidence of this and what the actual outcome is

Posting the same content everywhere won’t get you banned fast, but Instagram will likely limit your reach over time.

doesn't have to be fast I just mean eventually can it

I don’t think you will get banned, but if you do this on new accounts you might get shadow banned. I would advise warming up the accounts before posting and sharing original content on each child account a couple of times per month.

Instagram can still tell the content is the same, even if you change the file or MD5 hash. When a whole network of accounts posts identical content, the usual result is reduced reach or a shadow-ban, not an outright ban.
Accounts typically only get banned if this is paired with spam-like behavior (automation, coordinated posting patterns, fake engagement, etc.).

it is coupled with followings and dms yes

IG won’t nuke you instantly — it just makes sure no one sees you.

In case the content is Copyright, they can since you cannot share copyrighted content. It is in there TOS. This is not always the case, however it might.

they can but I think only if you get too many views and people start to report you
