Does hosting affect in SEO

I have been trying to rank a website for a keyword now. I bought a hosting package from namecheap for which I used to build 3 website. The first two websites was not complete. Although I bought a backlink package to that site.
I made my main site and did made some quality backlinks to the home page. Website is complete except for the blog section. The problem is that when I index my site through google console, after a few hours my site will appear in 100-120th position but after the next day it disappears from google.
I am not sure why this happens. I ranked 2 websites now and I did not face any problems with that.
It's a low competition keyword and I am pretty sure my site should be at least deserve to be in the top 100.
The domain is new and I am not sure it's because of the sandbox issue. It's about 1 month now and if it was In the sandbox it should be out of it now.

The thing I noticed is that when I made another site in namecheap hosting I faced a similar issue. My site first ranked in 50 and it vanished from the result. But I abandoned that project and did not work on it so I didn't care. Now for this one, I have no idea what to do. Should I create some articles and see if its rank? or should I change my hosting.

Speed isnt the problem. My site loads under 2 seconds.

If your loading in under 2 seconds is pretty fast. The only other factor from your host would be uptime and most host are pretty reliable in that area.

I would say you are good to go.

I reread your post.

How many pages is your site? How many backlinks did you build to this one month old site? What does your anchor profile look like?

Hosting Speed / Uptime-Downtime / Hosting Expire Year sometime affected SEO

Sometime, share IP use for spammy website. So maybe..

I would advise hosting in that region for which you will promote.

Site speed 2 sec is pretty good. Check with site content is it optimized for search phrase intent and the backlinks are relevant. Add few more quality articles and increase site authority.

Indirectly yes a fast siye is good for seo and you need fast host for it

This is what worries me

I do believe it affects. Of course, speed is the key, but, a part of that, spam score and a reputable domain hosting is always preferred.

I’ve recently changed hosting; speed is untouched, but the new hosting is one of the most transparent on the market. My traffic goes 4X. Yes, there were updates of G in the meantime, but I’m pretty much sure the hosting was affecting too.

It's too EARLY for your site to be out of the sandbox! Wait for at least 3 months. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your hosting provider.

I can vouch for that

Some times it will effect so improve unique quality fresh content and improve back links.
And try to improve site authority.

Relocate your 3 websites to 3 different providers, make them look different, make sure you have unique content on each website, setup a blog on your main website and keep updating it with new posts.
