Does Hostgator allow fake file ?

I want to start a website about fake hacks (ex. PSN code generator , Minecraft Gift code generator ) with content locker on it , does hostgator allow these thigs ? if not can you suggest a hosting provider that allow fake content .

Don't try to use a domain with the word "hack", "hacks", "exploit" etc in it. They'll put your account under review.

Why use hostgator when there are so many other hosting providers out there offering even better solutions.

Your best bet would be offshore host.

I made a form - when I set the email inside to php to send it to an email in the domain - the email is not sent.
When I set the email inside the php to send it to an external email - it does work.
Is there a limitation on sending emails to your own domain ?
