Does Hootsuite pass IP data on to Twitter?

I am thinking about doing multiple automated twitter accounts via Tweet Adder and maybe Tweet Attack

I am wondering if I use Hootsuite to monitor mention and then manually tweet via Hootsuite, does Hootsuite pass along my IP information to Twitter?

I am pretty sure that Hootsuite uses their own API with all communication to Twitter, but I don't know if they pass IP info through.

I was just wondering the same thing. Does anyone know?
