Does high cpc niche really work?

Is anyone in the finance/loans niche? Does cpc ads really work well? I'm thinking of currently abandoning my own niche the cpc is just so low its so demotivating.

Off-course it works, that is why cpc is very high.

But do not forget those are adwords cpc.

im guessing if I took a high cpc niche and get 4 clicks for 1 $ each I would be really happy

Dont forget really high cpc niche are highly competitive.
