Does having 301 redirection from multiple sites considered a blackhat?

any link building method you do with the intention of improving your rankings is considered black hat because google doesn't like it (because it messes up with their algorithms).
But the question is: did you really mean blackhat, or were you actually meaning dangerous? Because there's a difference between blackhat and dangerous when it comes to SEO
Also, do you mean multiple 301 redirects from the same website, or multiple websites 301 redirecting to the same domain?? You need to be more specific

You shouldn't be worried about what's blackhat, if you're doing any kind of link building such as guest posting then it's blackhat as well,
What you should worry about is the safety of the practice,
Multiple domain redirects used to work pretty well, but many domains have been doomed and it's simply not safe anymore,
Don't bother with more than 2 of them, instead go for PBNs with these domains, they will still do the job
