Dear fellows, i have heard a lot about GSA SER and thinking to purchase a license with captcha breaker, proxies, recaptcha solving services, VPS servers and other requirements. As this will be a huge investment, so my question is this software is still effective for higher rankings, means the links it creates have any worth?

It still work for someone, maybe you can use it for tier 2/3 but i would not point directly to money site. Also if GSA SER, captcha service, VPS.. is huge investment for you, my friendly advice is to first research more about whitehat SEO and how to acquire links for free, how to do outreach..then to try that, and if you can't do it then forget the SEO, because now you need many expensive things to make some effect such as PBN domains from auctions, amazing content not 1.5$ per 100 words, and very big budget to purchase sponsored posts and links on authority and strong websites..

It's worth it if you can find a way to make a return on your investment. Good for tiered link building.

thanks for your expert advice and also SEO now a day is getting expensive, I have estimated that around 400$ is required to get full potentials of GSA. even its not such a huge investment for me, but it is for some new marketers, anyhow i will research more on it, but will avoid if GSA is only good for tier2 or 3 links.

I have touched in in over 6 months. Probably not as effective to build such massive amounts of link as it used to be - that's pretty much all GSA can do - automated link building.

Although gsa ser was very effective last time, the effectiveness has since decreased. Primarily, you'll also need to purchase a good link list to begin with - if you get a bad one, then all those spammed to death sites will be on the list and it does literally nothing for you in the end.
Secondly, even with a good link list, the developer of the tool has so many worries about lawsuits, etc, somehow, that tool doesn't really build links to some of the supported sites as published - it used to do so well in the past, but what i am seeing 5 years back and what's today is about 50% difference in its effectiveness. Developer won't publicly admit it (and I understand why, no worries), but I've purchased so many tools from him already, and I can relate the lawsuit worries (such as from moz/majestic/etc) would be some of the major concerns on why that tool no longer post effectively to some sites.
