No, it doesn't. This is the reason why there are editorial teams who manually proofreads articles.

I have a paid membership on Grammarly but still doesn't pick some errors. So I have hired a top writer to manually check my articles.

At the end of the day, it is just an app and they use certain algorithms to check against the grammar. The paid version finds most of the mistakes but not all. They do have a manual proofreader option if you want your writing with zero grammatical errors.

I use the professional version of Grammarly daily and it does a great job.
Only issue is some corrections/spellings are the British English variant and you have to verify.

I've used such programs and they're okay, but very unreliable. They often pick up things that are questionable and probably not errors to begin with. Get a friend to look over the article for you. Much more reliable.
Most English people here, especially those with sales threads, should be happy to scan it over for you.

Grammarly will not catch all grammatical or writing errors, but it is in my opinion one of the top products currently available on the market. It won't perfect your grammar and writing, however, based on the English in your post it would be worth the investment. Within a few weeks you will quickly learn what mistakes you typically make when you write and how to fix them. It would help you get to the point that your writing would be profitable and able to earn you plenty of money.
