Don't hold me to this but I believe it does. I remember using it to verify something a while back and it worked no problem.

Yes, it does with almost 100% efficiency. I say "almost", because i have/use around 40 accs and only 2 of them can't receive the verifications from Twitter for whatever reason, the rest receives it just fine.

Yes, definitely does. I have all my twitter accounts on Google Voice / Hangout numbers.

My question, does a Skype number work too?
