Does google translate translate correctly?

It works better and better (and will improve constantly since it is AI-based).

The pitfall is special terms (medicine, tech and many other niches are full of that).
A good option might be to create an automated translation via Google and then buy some sort of proofreading services (on Fiverr, for instance).

And make sure you don't steal articles from the other websites just translating them automatically - there are some signs Google imposes penalties for that.

Hello there. Since I don't know English, I translate the articles using google translate. I have my doubts that you translated it correctly. Do you think translate + grammarly will do a job? I can send my article to someone who knows English well. Do you know of a free website like grammarly that finds meaningless phrases and makes them readable?
at some point it can translate well, but there will be always some parts of the sentence where it will sound funny or weird for a native speaker
