Hello there. Since I don't know English, I translate the articles using google translate. I have my doubts that you translated it correctly. Do you think translate + grammarly will do a job? I can send my article to someone who knows English well. Do you know of a free website like grammarly that finds meaningless phrases and makes them readable?

There is always going be some awkward phasing or some sentences that google didn't translate correctly across. Grammarly won't pick it up since it's just a translation issue.
For example.
There is many ways to say "This cat is being annoying as hell" in another language.
Google just picks up the one of many ways to express it.

Possibility, you could proofread it, or hire someone to proof read them and fix it up.

At most times, the translations are fine, but it just wasn't exactly what was written in the other language.

I read chinese and japanese novel with only google translate. Thanks to machine learning, translated word became easier to understand

But still, it will take time to correct the grammar mistake

Thanks for your reply. for example
"Heart diseases (including heart attack and stroke) are the most common cause of death in the world. In a study in middle-aged men, low blood levels of lycopene and beta-carotene increased the risk of heart attack and stroke. Data from clinical studies show that lycopene supplementation can help lower LDL (bad) cholesterol. Clinical studies of tomato products show their benefits against inflammation and symptoms of oxidative stress. They also exert a protective effect on the inner layer of blood vessels and can reduce the risk of blood clots."
Do you understand when you read this sentence? Is it well translated?

There are a few awkward sentencing structuring from just reading it

Note: not sure what they mean by tomato products? Maybe food/fruit/cream containing tomato?

Then again, I have no idea about this topic so I am unable to fact-check confirm anything.

Not always a good example I can share with you for Turkish include I wanted to say"Hello how are you?" in Turkish but Google translated it to me as "Fuck you "

Google Translate as well I find often makes my translations into I guess pick up lines some of the time

Health benefits of tomatoes. a blog post. I have only one option left, and that is to pay money and correct the articles I wrote to a person.
Thanks :)

makes mistakes in short sentences. but it doesn't make many mistakes in long sentences. Google isn't retarded enough to answer "hello, how are you" with "fuck off".

Well it did to me and the Turkish guy proved it to me and I also had look around Google for it's meaning and he was right.

Wrong Google is better at short sentence not long ones and either way Deepl is better often

Google translator will help you to understand the subject in general. But if you need details you'd better hire someone in person .

Google Translate is an Tool to Convert One Language into Another

second Grammarly is a Tool to Correct wrong Written Words + Verbs

It is better if once you have translated the article you have it reread and perhaps corrected by someone who knows that language well.
Google translate is not bad but there are still, sometimes, some sentences that lack meaning.

Since what you translate is medical article, you need to cite some part of the article (which will be hard for a translated blog post). To be honest, even though nothing wrong with the translation, but medical professional ( aka doctor) will see many thing wrong with the article.

Replace Heart disease with Cardiovascular disease (stroke is not a heart disease)
Add antioxidant property since it's related with oxidative stress and inflammation
Which layer of blood vessel? Inner layer is not specific enough
what type of study? Cohort or RCT or other

If you write it for average joe, then go for it. Sadly, Google Translantion is not enough for professional written article

I've been using the translator for years and honestly, it's much better than 10, 5 or even 3 years ago :)

Could you tell me what chinese novel are you reading?

thx

Absolutely NO
There are various phases when translated can express different messages from the original.
Hence, I would recommend getting the text edited by a native speaker and then also going through Grammarly for grammar and Copyscape for checking plagiarism.
