Suppose I create an new adsense account with completely new info.
Does the device I create the account on matter? Is there some sort of "ID" attached to your device they can track and identify you with?
And if so, how do you hide that.
Would I really need to get a new laptop or can I use the same one?

IP, User Agent, Screen Size and Color Depth, Fonts, Browser Language, Time Zone, Cookies, Webgl Vendor & Render, Platform (win, mac, lin), Ad blocker, Audiocontext Fingerprint, Hardware Concurrency, Device Memory.

All this can be found out from a website visit. Most of them will be the same for a large number of people, some are uniq.

If it is just a 2nd Google or AdSense account that you are creating on the same computer or laptop, then simply use a different browser with a new profile (browser profile) using dynamic IP that you would get from your mobile phone (as a hotspot).

Literally they tracked all aspects of your life lol

It's not a big deal for google to track any device

Yes they can track you through your browser fingerprint through many types of parameters. such as canvas, webgl, clientrects. etc. You can defeat this using a good antidetect browser. Also look into good proxies tht are not flagged by google.

@ReginaWinkler hi me and you were speaking on another thread about Google ads suspension and working on the same course. Was having trouble replying to that thread but definitely did want to connect with you. Wanted to see if you have telegra, or skyp

They probably save device figure print when you sign-up which constitutes many things like display size, DPI, IP, etc. So, yes, they probably track your device. One bypass could be to use android emulators like MEMU or bluestacks

Different IP, fresh browser and you are good to go. Even google can collect your HWID with Chrome, they most likely won’t use it against you because that would be a violation of your privacy.

I went through piles of suspensions and like others ping out here google tracks pretty much everything.

after trying to get so many accounts created and the constant suspensions I learned pretty much what can trigger it.

and at the end I bought a pc. Shipped it to a friends house and he set up everything from his house and under his name.

I had an employee credit card set up with his name and loaded that to the account and I only access the pc remote

so basically a new identity for the most part.
