Learn about Sergey and Larry. They're pretty cool guys. The last thing on their mind is "taking over the world" and ruining people's lives. Their entire reason for being part of Google is to improve the world. These guys are not motivated by money and power. They're not looking to enslave you all. Without Google you'd still be living in the Internet dark ages.
If after watching the video you still think they're an evil company trying to takeover the world then delete your cookies, shut off your computer, turn off the power and hide under your covers. You should be safe then.

Once more companies like google/microsoft dominate the top 20 companies in the world you'll start to find the world becomes an amazing place.
Google pales in comparison with big oil/power/pharma just now. Microsoft fortunately are very high, but they still are quite a bit behind oil.
Oil/power/pharma are not evil, far from it. I would describe them as 'neutral' or 'cold'. They're not out to save the world or help anyone, but they're also not out to takeover the world.
Google/microsoft on the other hand have aspirations of improving the world. They're very geeky/engineering based. Microsoft not as much as Google, but still WAY more than oil, lol. Microsoft have given us some incredible things that have brought easy-computing to the world.
Show some love for Google, people! Don't get paranoid about them. Support them and help them rise up above oil/pharma/power.
Just look at all the cool free stuff they give us. Free email, free search, free spreadsheets/office tools, free engineering tools. They have SO many amazing free projects. Just look at their latest. "Google Play". Loads of cool free games. Some cost, but everyone wins. Independent game developers get a new platform to sell their games, people get access to free/cheap bought games.
