does google sandbox blogspotr sites?

i still testing to rank different kind of sites with gsa. also i started a new blogspot and started to send spamlinks to it. but it is still not in google searchresults after some days (and i use indexification) . i mean: blogger is of google. okay when they see a lot spam they maybe bring the sites down in search results. but do they sandbox also blogger sites? or what else can be the reason?

Use twitter to index your links and do not spam anything affiliated with Google that points towards your money site.
