Does google read faq answers inside a Dropdown?

This isn’t about faq Schema, Im just wondering if I use an faq accordion (the answer is hidden and set to display: none) will google read the answer when crawling the website or is it hidden for google too?

they read, track, and know everything. Google is the voyeuristic pervert grampa that you don't want to have. I've heard someone on this forum a few weeks ago that the googlebot even tried signing up to their newsletter to see what's on the other side of the submission form LOL. These mother fuckers...

Open your post and check page source. Google reads everything in there. Whatever CSS customization you do is for humans, but bots read everything around. They only had a difficulty with Javascript in the past but now they can read that too.

many websites do use a dropdown in the FAQ section and it's shown in the SERPs normally

They readd everything on the page, doesn't matter if its hidden in a dropdown. You're really underestimating googles' crawler here.
