If I use their AdSense will I get a better ranking? So more people will look to their ads.

I have a website, can't remember what one it was even, it was that long ago, that after I started running adwords, my ranking increased on my site, lol

It’s opposite they’ll tank your site so you’re more dependent on their ads for exposure
