Does google product fake SERP report

I did SEO for TWO websites….
For same regional virgin domains..
Same hosting panel..
Keyword which as same volume/competitor level

seo in australia 100-1k Medium
aviation auditor training 100-1k Medium

Show average monthly searches for 12 months
Everything is same result is totally different

Aviation auditor training for this keyword it came to 3rd page

But for keyword "seo in australia" is there in 200 page

What is the reason behind this variation, Does google producing wrong result, Is there any other thing more then this to be studied by me.

Definitely, you have to study more about SEO.

Ranking a brand new site is depend on many factors. You should not come to the conclusion by considering few things like KW difficulty and hosting.

We just divide into two part of SEO strategies, on page optimisation and off page optimisation. But there are hundred of points and techniques you have to look down deeply into getting high ranking. You should not compare two different niche site.

All you need is a little common-sense. Google's not producing wrong result but your assumption about gauging a keyword competition is what's wrong.

Peoples in aviation auditor training niche won't do SEO as much as SEO in Australia hence you're able to climb up the SERPs real quick for the former keyword.

Also, I'm not sure if you're talking about the competitors in AdWords tool or any keyword research tool. Both works totally different and opposite.
