Does google plus vote help a website in google ranking?

U need to build a shit load of crap traffic - it must be real and nt bought. 'mostly free download' stuff. Then iframe ur +1 button while faking the referer. Once the user clicks download u snd him to the iframe button.

And, ask em to plus one to download, u can do this for any platform. At least u shud gt 2 or 3% +1'z frm d traffic; very natural at this pace. Becareful, when u try this - test b4 u implement. Merry xmas,
 
Yes it helps, I assume google wants to enforce using g+ in some way or make webmasters to attract more people to it.
 
If the accounts are real and in your niche yes, if they are fake and bought in mass it can easily hurt your site too though!

Pretty much any bought traffic, fb likes etc benefits your website as long as you're not cought. Which is why it's not the best investment to promote website.
