Does google penalize you for having duplicate content text in your images

For google ranking, can google now find out and penalize you if you have duplicate content text in your images that can easily be found online. And the words I will be using will not be just few words but 1-2 sentences in a single image on the sale page.

The sentence I will be putting in images will be with blank white/black background and text color of red/green/black. So based on this information, can google penalize me for duplicate content text in your images which are really images of just sentence with no background of things of any kind.

I don't think so, because it's just an image, not actual text.

However, if it's a duplicate image, it might.

No, of course not. Its an image. Google parses html text. It can't visually "see" what's displayed on your image.

Well, Google reads the HTML code, not what you see so I'm not sure... I think it's relatively safe, but not ideal either.

I have my reserve on this... I mean think about it for a second.
Xrumer can solve Re-Captcha automatically with OCR, GSA Captcha Breaker and Captcha Sniper also do it.. How hard must it be for google to be able to analyze what's on a picture now?

Google bots don't recognize images so we add alt text to show some info about the images.So you won't be penalized for dupe content in images.
