Man, this debate was over in 2002 or so. Duplicate content works exacly as @burnett4congress explained. It's not a penalty.
Also, Google's "canonical finding" algorithm sucks. They often think the original source of an article is the wrong one and the original gets demoted.

Hello mate,
Why are you posting the same Article for multiple times, at sometime Google may not penalize it but your website will get poor.
If you want to increase the traffic for the website, you should hire a good freelancer, he will write the Article for you at the lower cost.
