Does Google has different Policy for every Niche?

Recently I came to know that google differentiates ranking factors with respect to niches.

because I was running a health blog and Google launched an update on 1st August 2018 that has totally outranked my site and after a bit of research I found that in this update Google has granted too much love to authority sites (HealthLine, mayoclinic etc) in health niche and new or moderate authority sites have been outranked. I am also staying on 2nd page on most of my really good ranked keywords after this update.

so my question is what type of niches are relatively easy to rank?
or what are niches that can rank easy and google don't care much about authority in that niches?

Please use normal fonts and yes sometime google release update to f*ck specific niches.
 
Google can't monitor every niche, their algorithm picks what it sees as best for each niche and then also selects similar sites and based on the criterias met, rank accordingly. Thus, some updates will affect some niches more than others by changing maybe one or two criterias that needed to be met.

So yes, every niche is theoretically treated differently.

Your question is alright but you made it look stupid and annoying with those colors and fonts hence I said stupid question with stupid colors.

You are here since 2013 and you should have known what color and fonts generally goes in a public forum. Just because you have the option does nt mean you should use that.

Big fonts and big colors does NOT mean you are gonna get quick answers.

Google take some important niches like health, finance very cautious, I have read these niches will be a lot human SERP raters + algorithms, where a lot of normal niches just be affected by the pure algo, for example, this much less popular niche keyword:

"how to cool an alien - step by step guide"

and your

what are niches that can rank easy and google don't care much about authority in that niches

good question, no body can answer this, or they just want to keep themselves such good keywords... you need test and search yourself

Google pay special attention to Your money or Your Life (YMYL) niches - health, finance and so on. The standards there are higher and spam / low quality content are less tolerated. If your niche is "hot Hollywood gossips" or porn for example - Google is way more tolerant.
